One of our future projects - SCAND MIDI

✔️Those for whom the SCAND MINI house is too small will definitely like the SCAND MIDI project with a built-up area of 60 m2.

✔️The size of this house is more similar to the size of our usual private houses or the area of an apartment, but thanks to the planning it could seem even wider.

✔️As long as the area of the cabin does not exceed 60 m2, the coordination of the installation permit is very simplified for the cabin, because the building belongs to the 1st building category.

✔️The house is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and furniture in the respective package to live in it all year round.

✔️In the package shown in the pictures, it is equipped with a terrace, a studio-type living room combined with a kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a separate spacious bathroom.

🔨Izgatavojam metāla, lāzergrieztus sētas posmus, kā arī nodrošinam pilnu sētas izbūvi ar betona un metāla stabiem, bīdāmiem un veramiem vārtiem, kā arī 3D paneļu sētu izbūvi.

🪚Pie mums pieejami daudz dažādi jau esoši dizaina risinājumi metāla lāzergrieztām sētām, kā arī izstrādājam individuālus dizainus pēc Jūsu vēlmēm (iniciāļiem, uzņēmuma logo utt. ).

🔧Posmi tiek izgatavoti no 2mm bieza tērauda, kas pēcāk tiek apstrādāts ar cinka grunti un nokrāsots ar pulverkrāsu, šādi tērauda posmi kalpos daudz ilgāk kā koka sētas.

🪛Lāzergrieztu sētas posmu cena par standarta izmēra posmu 2, 80x1, 45m, sākot no 250eur (ar PVN).

Cabin SCAND MINI with a construction area of 25 m2.

🔨We can make this house for a very wide range of applications, it can serve as a camping house, office space, security house, summer house and even a studio-type private house.

🪚Thanks to the small construction area of the cabin, the approval of the installation permit is very simplified, as the building belongs to the 1st building category.

🪛Even though the building area is only 25 m2, the house is very spacious, one of its packages includes a large bed that can be quickly lowered/raised, which does not take up more space on the wall than a standard wardrobe during the day.

🔧The house can be equipped with all the necessary household appliances and furniture to live in it all year round.
