Kā jau viss vērtīgākais šajā dzīvē, arī StepByStep Care sākās ar likteņa pavērsienu un nes sev līdzi kādu stāstu. Grūtības skolā, mīlestība un ģimene! Kad iemīlējos meitenē, kura šobrīd ir mana sieva, tad iepazinos arī ar viņas mazo brālīti- Kristiānu. Kristiānam dzīvē bija paveicies ar mīlošu ģimeni, taču nebija paveicies ar veselību. Bērnu cerebrālā trieka- dažiem šie vārdi nenozīmē neko daudz, tomēr Kristiānam un viņa ģimenei šie vārdi izmainīja visu dzīvi. Pagāja ilgs laiks, līdz es sapratu, ko nozīmē šie vārdi. Pamazām sāku iepazīt Kristiāna pasauli un mēs kļuvām par labiem draugiem! Sapratu, ka lietas, kuras uzskatīju par pašsaprotamām, nemaz tādas nav un īstenībā ir liela dāvana. Kristiāns nebija spējīgs patstāvīgi pārvietoties, kas uzlika lielu nastu gan viņa attīstībai, gan viņa ģimenei. Taču no šīs grūtās situācijas radās iedvesma, radās motivācija un vēlme palīdzēt! Es sāku izstrādāt speciālu pārvietošanās palīgierīci, kas ļautu Kristiāna dzīvē ienest kustību! Ar draugu atbalstu un speciālistu ieteikumiem radās ‘Rāpulis’, un jau no pirmajiem izmantošanas brīžiem Kristiāna sejā bija smaids! Viņš kļuva spējīgs pārvietoties! Es zinu, ka gan Latvijā, gan visā pasaulē vēl ir milzum daudz tādu bērnu kā Kristiāns, kuri būtu laimīgi par iespēju pārvietoties patstāvīgi. Mūsu komanda strādā dienu un nakti, lai saprastu, kas būtu tas, kā mēs varam palīdzēt šādiem bērniem, papildinot palīgierīču klāstu. Visas palīgierīces ir veidotas ar mērķi stimulēt bērna attīstības potenciālu un sniegt pēc iespējas lielāku neatkarību, tāpēc tās ir speciāli veidotas izmantošanai gan rehabilitācijas centros, gan mājas komfortā. Visas palīgierīces ir veidotas arī ar domu, lai būtu bērniem draudzīgas, tāpēc pamatā ir izmatots koks un košas krāsas, kas rada siltuma un prieka sajūtu. As everything that is valuable in this life, StepByStep Care also started with a twist of fate and carries its own story. Difficulties in school, love and family! When I fell in love in a girl, who is my wife now, I also got to know her little brother – Kristian. Kristian is lucky to have a very loving and caring family, but not so lucky with his health. Cerebral Palsy – for some these words don’t mean anything much, but for Kristian and his family, these words changed their whole life. It also took me a while, before understanding what these words mean. Slowly I started to explore Kristian’s world and we became good friends! I realized that things which I considered just normal way of living are actually a gift that often is unappreciated. Kristian was not able to move on his own and that put a big strain on his family and also his development. But from this difficult situation arose inspiration, motivation and desire to help! I started developing specialized rehabilitative device that would allow to bring movement in Kristian’s life! With support from friends and advice from specialists ‘Crawler’ was created, and from the first moments of using it Kristian’s face blossomed in a smile! He became able to move on his own! I know that here in Latvia and also the rest of the world has many such children like Kristian, who would be happy to be able to move independently. Our team works day and night to understand how we can help these children by developing new rehabilitative devices. All of our devices are made with a goal to stimulate child’s potential for development and to raise his level of independence, which is why they are specially designed so that they can be used in rehabilitation centers as well as comfort of home. All of the devices are also made keeping in mind that they need to be child friendly, which is why we mainly use wood and bright colors, to create warm and happy feelings. Our vision is a stereotype free society and world where every HUMAN being- child and adult, regardless of ability, is the most important value. A society where people support each other. To achieve this, we have become socially responsible entrepreneurs and take care of our customers, partners and colleagues. All the things we create are the end result of our creativity, our constant desire to develop and our desire to support those who need it. Each product is handmade as a work of art that colors our daily lives. We want to share it, making your daily life more colorful!
