Tā ir mazāka par mazu dzīvokli Rīgas centrā,
bet iegūst vairāk par to, ko viņš varētu nopirkt tur.

3 metri plata. Pietiek divistabu izkārtojumam,
virtuvei, dušai. Viss, kas vajadzīgs.

Mežs aiz loga. Sava jumta sajūta. Tā viena lieta,
ko nevar nopirkt ar kvadrātmetru cenu.

Tag draugu, kurš domā par savu pirmo māju.

It's less than a small apartment in the city center, but it's more than what he could have bought there.

Three metres wide. Enough for two rooms, a kitchen, a shower. Everything needed.

Forest outside the window. A roof of his own.
The one thing you can't buy by the square metre.

3 metri plata un tieši tāpēc tā tur tiek.
Mežs. Šaura grants iela. Elektrolīnijas pāri ceļam.
Sēta starp ielu un pamatiem.
Lielāka māja šeit netiktu -ne 4.5 m platumā,
ne pat ar speciālu atļauju. Tāpēc mēs taisām arī
3 m platas mājas.

Tāda pati uzbūve -C24 koks, celuloze, koka
šķiedras plātnes, dabīgais māls. Tikai šaurāka,
lai tiek tur, kur citas netiek.

A fence between the road and the foundation.

A wider house wouldn't make it -not at 4.5 m, not
even with special permits. That's why we also
build 3 m wide modules.

Same construction — C24 timber, cellulose, wood
fibre boards, natural clay. Just narrower, so it
fits where others can't.

I dag begynder dette hus sin rejse over Østersøen. 🚛

54 m² grundareal. Sildebensparket i eg. Grønt køkken med stenkompositbordplade. Terrazzo-gulvfliser og mikrocementvægge i badet.

20 tons. 4,5 m bredt. 12 m langt. Ét læs. Klar til brug på én dag.

Šodien šī māja sāk ceļu, lai šķērsotu Baltijas jūru. 🚛

Apbūves laukums 54 m². Herringbone ozola parkets. Zaļā virtuve ar akmens masas virsmu. Terrazzo vannas istabas grīdas flīzes ar mikrocementa sienām.

20 tonnas. 4,5 m platumā. 12 m garumā. Viens brauciens. Gatava lietošanai vienas dienas laikā.

Have you ever thought about what happens to your house after 50 or 100 years? 🌿

Most modern homes end their life in a landfill. PVC, polystyrene foam, synthetic insulation - all of it ends up in waste mountains where it can't be separated or recycled.

Our homes are built differently.

This week we signed our first sustainability report for 2025, documenting the origin and life cycle of every material we use:

🌲 C24 pine — 100% renewable, sourced from Baltic forests
📰 Cellulose insulation — 100% recycled from paper waste
🔴 Natural clay — returns to soil with no chemical residue
🔨 Steel roofing — 100% recyclable

Zero plastic in the structure. Zero synthetic polymers. Even 100% of our factory's heating comes from our own wood production scraps — nothing goes to waste.

When your house one day reaches the end of its life, it returns to nature. Not to a landfill.

This is what we call true circularity.

This is why we build off-site.
Traditional on-site building often creates waste through rework, weather damage, and inconsistent processes.

Off-site building (factory production) helps because:
✅ controlled environment
✅ better precision
✅ fewer mistakes and less rework
✅ faster delivery
We also follow a simple “plant-based mindset”: reduce unnecessary plastics and waste where possible.
