Every Pump Earns Its Way Out the Door

At Aeonpump, quality control is part of the manufacturing process itself.

Before any pump leaves our facility, it goes through a two-stage inspection system.

✔️ Stage 1: Technical and Visual Inspection
Every component, assembly detail, and finish is carefully checked to ensure the pump meets our manufacturing standards.

✔️ Stage 2: Functional Performance Testing
Depending on the pump model and power source (diesel or electric), testing lasts between 2 and 6 hours. Diesel-driven units are fully fueled for testing, and the fuel is safely removed from the tank once the procedure is completed.

Each pump is evaluated against 27 critical performance parameters, including:
• Maximum vacuum capability
• Engine RPM under load
• Maximum pump pressure
• And many other operational indicators that determine reliability in the field

If any measurement falls outside the acceptable range, the pump is immediately returned to production for corrective action and retesting.

All test results are documented in a dedicated Pump Test Checklist, which is delivered to the customer together with the pump. This provides complete transparency and confidence that the equipment has been thoroughly verified before shipment.

Some projects are important.
And then there are projects that become real milestones in a company’s journey forward. 💯

This was definitely one of those.

Not an easy one - but that’s exactly what makes the final result so rewarding.

Following a customer request, we designed and delivered a fully equipped, mobile pump station fleet ready for immediate deployment to crisis-affected regions.

And not just one.
Not two.
Not even five.

A full fleet of 9 pumps that will now become a critical part of national infrastructure resilience.

The project includes:

🦕 8 × Raptor 12D Heavy pumps
– Max flow: 1260 m³/h
– Max head: 45 m
– Screw impeller with 120 mm solids handling
– Integrated 400 L fuel tank
– Fuel consumption: only 16.3 L/h

🦕 1 × Raptor 4D Light
– Ultra-lightweight design: only 550 kg
– Max flow: 115 m³/h
– Max head: 21 m
– Extremely efficient fuel consumption: just 1.4 L/h

What makes us most proud is not only the equipment itself, but the fact that together we’ve helped create a new benchmark for rapid-response pumping solutions in emergency situations.
