SIA Ramockas Dzirnavas ir dibināta 2002. gada 8.maijā. 2009. gadā uzņēmums tika restrukturizēts, piesaistot jaunu akcionāru Maltas uzņēmuma “BHC Invesment Limited”, kam vairākuma akcionārs ir Galaxy Energy Group Ltd.
SIA Ramockas Dzirnavas ir iesaistīts naftas produktu vairumtirdzniecībā un mazumtirdzniecībā Latvijā. Uz doto brīdi uzņēmums ir izīrējis Slokas terminālu ar 20700 m3 kapacitāti un operē ar 3 automātiskajām Dīzeļdegvielas uzpildes stacijām zem Virši-A frančīzes Rīgā.
2011.gada 28.novembrī SIA Ramockas Dzirnavas nomaina uzņēmuma nosaukumu uz SIA RDZ Energy.
SIA Ramockas Dzirnavas have been established on 8.5.2002. In 2009 company have been restructured and new share holder Maltese company “BHC Invesment Limited” have been attracted, whose majority share holder is Galaxy Energy Group Ltd.
