Weā€™re proud to share a glimpse of our ongoing construction project ā€“ a 2445 mĀ² shop, office and warehouse area complex located in Reykjavik, Iceland.
šŸ“ Scope of work includes:
āœ… Development and delivery of steel production drawings and work documentation
āœ… Supply of construction materials, including:
ā€¢ Structural steel constructions
ā€¢ External walls and tin decorative elements (window closings, corners, fixations)
ā€¢ External sandwich panel roof and smoke extraction windows
ā€¢ Double-layer asphalt paper roofing
ā€¢ Windows, doors, gates
ā€¢ Roof smoke vents and load-bearing sheet profiles
āœ… Marking, packaging, and loading of materials into open-top containers, trucks with slings, or dedicated shipment vessels
āœ… Delivery of all marked and packaged materials to the site
āœ… On-site installation of all construction materials under contractual terms
āœ… Full handling of logistics, including insurance for the shipment

TĆ³nhafvarf 8 ā€“ new facilities for the Scouts of KĆ³pavogur, Iceland.

Alerio Nordic was responsible for the design of the steel structures and supply of panels, working in close cooperation with our partners in Iceland.
