🌍 We are looking for an Export Sales Specialist
SIA Ultraplast EU is a leading enterprise in the market of high-quality plastic materials production within the European Union and beyond. We offer a wide range of products and strive for innovation in our industry. Our production facility and office are located in Latvia (the coastal city of Ventspils). Remote work from Riga or other EU states is possible.

Due to the company's development, we are inviting a Sales Specialist who wants and knows how to sell B2B products. Currently, our goal is to increase sales volume in Scandinavia, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, and Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Selling plastic sheets and company products wholesale.
- Maintaining business relationships with existing clients, actively attracting new clients.
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Preparation of commercial proposals, agreement of terms and contracts.
- Monitoring payment for concluded contracts.
- Coordination of legal, logistical, and other issues related to sales.
- Planning and organizing the sales process.
- Working with CRM systems for reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Higher education.
- Successful sales experience of at least 2 years.
- Excellent sales and argumentation skills, experience in B2B trading.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken, not below B2 level).
- Good command of Russian; knowledge of German or other foreign languages will also be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and solve technical problems, providing effective solutions to clients.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of the polymer materials market is an advantage.

We are excited to announce that SIA Ultraplast EU now offers a comprehensive range of plastic processing services.
