لمسابقة المدينة الذكية لشركات الاتصالات
الفلسفة التصميمة
بدأت الفكرة التصميمية بخلق تكوين بصري يعكس طبيعة المشروع؛ كمحاكاة لتقنيات شركات الاتصالات والتقنية الحديثة من خلال تكوين شكل حركي ديناميكي عصري حديث يتفاعل مع البيئة المحيطة به، كذلك يلبي احتياجات المشروع والوظائف المختلفة التي يحتويها، كما يعمل في الوقت ذاته على توفير بيئة إيجابية مستدامة للفراغات والأنشطة بمختلف أنواعها، بطرق تصميمية تحاكي مراحل تكوين المدن القديمة لنقاط ومحاور التصميم الرئيسة؛ باتخاذ فضاء العبادة المسجد كنواة قلب تكوين نسيج المشروع، وتشكيل محاوره الرئيسة؛ ليكون نموذجًا عمرانيًّا يواكب المتغيرات المتسارعة من حولنا؛ كظاهرة أصبحت عنصرًا من أساسيات المرحلة الحالية والمستقبلية لتطور المباني والنسيج الحضري للمدن؛ لما لها من أهمية بيئيَّة واقتصادية استراتيجية للتطوير والتنمية
وبعد التشبع بالخصائص المختلفة للمشروع تم تصوُّر المشروع ككل بجميع مكوناته؛ ليكون فضاءً عصريًّا ذا بيئة إيجابية فريدة من نوعها من خلال استغلال ودراسة جميع عناصر التصميم المعمارية من دراسة حضرية وبيئية .... وغيرها؛ لتوفير أنسب الحلول التصميمية المبتكرة لتنسجم في تناغم تام مكونة الشكل والفضاء العام للمشروع ككل؛ لتكون حالة حسية بصرية متحركة جذابة في تكوينها العام الناتج من محاكاة الضوء، والظل، والحركة العامة للشمس على مدار العام؛ لتؤثر على بيئة العمل والفراغات والأنشطة الداخلية بشكل إيجابي تفاعلي، كما لها دور بيئي واقتصادي مستدام كبير في تقليل الأحمال الحرارية ومعدلات استهلاك الطاقة؛ لتوفر إنارة وتهوية طبيعة منتظمة مستدامة من خلال تكوينها الديناميكي لنظام التظليل الذكي المتحرك التفاعلي مع حركة الشمس
كذلك استغلال أنظمة الاستدامة المعمارية المختلفة؛ لتحقيق تكوين معماري له دور مستقبلي يؤثر إيجابًا على النسيج الحضري للمدينة؛ ليكون أيقونة معمارية حديثة مستدامة.

Design Philosophy
The design concept began with creating a visual configuration that reflects the nature of the project. It aimed to simulate the techniques used by telecommunications and modern technology companies through a dynamic and contemporary visual form that interacts with its surrounding environment. Additionally, the design needed to fulfill the requirements and functions of the project while providing a sustainable and positive environment for various types of spaces and activities. The design approach emulated the stages of urban formation in ancient cities by taking the mosque, as a place of worship, as the core of the project's fabric and shaping its main axes. This resulted in an urban model that keeps pace with the rapid changes happening around us, as it has become a fundamental element in the current and future development of buildings and urban fabric of cities, given its environmental and strategic economic significance for development and growth.After saturating with the different characteristics of the project, the project as a whole was envisioned, incorporating all its components. The aim was to create a contemporary space with a unique positive environment by utilizing and studying all architectural design elements, including urban and environmental studies, among others. This approach aimed to provide innovative design solutions that harmonize perfectly with the overall shape and public space of the project, creating an attractive sensory visual experience in its overall composition. This was achieved through simulating light, shadow, and the general movement of the sun throughout the year. Such design elements have a positive interactive impact on the work environment, interior spaces, and activities. Moreover, they play a significant role in environmental and sustainable economics by reducing heat loads and energy consumption. They provide regular and sustainable natural lighting and ventilation through their dynamic configuration of an interactive smart shading system that responds to the movement of the sun.Additionally, various architectural sustainability systems were utilized to achieve an architectural configuration that has a future-oriented impact on the urban fabric of the city. The aim was to create a modern and sustainable architectural icon.
