تنفيذ تدريب عملي لفريق السلامة والإطفاء بحقل السماح لتعزيز الجاهزية للطوارئ

نفّذ قسم السلامة بحقل السماح، اليوم الجمعة الموافق 12 يونيو 2026م، تدريباً عملياً متخصصاً في مكافحة الحرائق واستخدام معدات الإطفاء، بمشاركة أعضاء فريق الطوارئ والإطفاء، وذلك في إطار جهود القسم المستمرة لرفع مستوى الجاهزية وتعزيز كفاءة الاستجابة للحوادث والطوارئ.
وشمل التدريب تشغيل خراطيم الإطفاء والتعامل الصحيح مع فوهات المياه، إلى جانب تطبيق إجراءات السيطرة على الحرائق وفق المعايير والتعليمات المعتمدة، مع التركيز على تعزيز العمل الجماعي والتنسيق بين أفراد الفريق أثناء تنفيذ مهام الاستجابة الميدانية.
وأُجري التمرين في بيئة تحاكي ظروف الطوارئ الفعلية بهدف رفع كفاءة أفراد فريق الإطفاء، والتأكد من جاهزية المعدات المستخدمة في مكافحة الحرائق، وتعزيز مهارات الاتصال والتنسيق بين الفرق الميدانية، إضافة إلى تحسين سرعة الاستجابة وتقليل المخاطر المحتملة.
وأظهر المشاركون مستوى متميزاً من الانضباط والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية، فيما تم تنفيذ التدريب بنجاح دون تسجيل أي إصابات أو ملاحظات تُذكر.
وأكد قسم السلامة أن تنفيذ مثل هذه التدريبات الدورية يأتي ضمن خطط التطوير المستمرة الرامية إلى المحافظة على جاهزية فرق الطوارئ وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل مواقع العمل، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة ورفع كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي.
Practical Training for the Safety and Firefighting Team at Samah Field to Enhance Emergency Preparedness

The Safety Section at Samah Field conducted a specialized practical training exercise on firefighting and the use of firefighting equipment on Friday, June 12, 2026. The exercise, which included members of the emergency and firefighting team, was part of the section’s ongoing efforts to raise the level of preparedness and enhance the efficiency of response to incidents and emergencies.

The training included operating fire hoses and the proper handling of water nozzles, as well as applying fire control procedures according to approved standards and instructions. Emphasis was placed on strengthening teamwork and coordination among team members during field response tasks.

The exercise was conducted in an environment simulating actual emergency conditions to enhance the efficiency of the firefighting team members, ensure the readiness of firefighting equipment, strengthen communication and coordination skills among field teams, improve response speed, and reduce potential risks.

Participants demonstrated an outstanding level of discipline and commitment to occupational safety procedures. The training was successfully completed without any injuries or significant observations. The Safety Section confirmed that the implementation of such periodic drills comes within the framework of ongoing development plans aimed at maintaining the readiness of emergency teams and promoting a culture of safety within work sites, which contributes to providing a safe working environment and raising the efficiency of operational performance.

إختتام أعمال مراجعة نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بشركة الواحة للنفط

في إطار سعي شركة الواحة للنفط لتحقيق التميز في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، استضافت الشركة فريق مراجعة مشتركاً من شركتي توتال إنيرجيز وكونوكوفيليبس لإجراء مراجعة شاملة لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة خلال الفترة من 01 إلى 11 يونيو 2026م .
واستُهلت أعمال المراجعة بإجتماع افتتاحي عُقد بمقر الشركة يوم 01 يونيو 2026 م، برئاسة رئيس لجنة الإدارة وبحضور عضو لجنة الإدارة عن الشريك الأجنبي ومدراء الإدارات المختلفة.
وشملت المراجعة زيارات ميدانية إلى حقلي جالو 59 والواحة، بالإضافة إلى ميناء السدرة، حيث اطّلع فريق المراجعة على الأنشطة التشغيلية والتطبيقات المعتمدة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، بهدف تقييم فعالية النظام وتحديد فرص التحسين والتطوير.
وتُختتم أعمال المراجعة اليوم الخميس الموافق 11 يونيو 2026م ، بعقد الاجتماع الختامي بمقر الشركة الرئيس، لعرض أبرز الملاحظات والتوصيات التي من شأنها تعزيز أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ودعم مسيرة التميز التشغيلي بالشركة .
In line with its strategic objective of achieving excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance, Waha Oil Company hosted a joint review team from TotalEnergies and ConocoPhillips to conduct a comprehensive review of its HSE Management System from 01 to 11 June 2026.
The review was launched with an opening meeting at the Company’s headquarters on 01 June 2026, chaired by the Chairman of the Management Committee and attended by the 2P Management Committee Member , along with all WOC Department Managers.
During the review, the team visited Gialo 59 Field, Waha Field, and Es Sider Terminal, carrying out field assessments and engaging with personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s HSE Management System and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
The review concludes today with a closing meeting at the Company’s headquarters, where the team will present its key observations and recommendations aimed at further strengthening HSE performance and operational excellence across the Company.

حقل الواحة يعزز جاهزيته للطوارئ بتنفيذ تمرين محاكاة لحريق بمحطة الواحة الشمالية

في إطار تعزيز مستويات الجاهزية ورفع كفاءة الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة، نفّذ قسم السلامة والإطفاء بحقل الواحة، يوم الأحد الموافق 7 يونيو 2026م، تمرين محاكاة افتراضياً للتعامل مع حريق في وحدة نزع الماء من النفط الخام (Dehydrator) بمحطة الواحة الشمالية.
وجرى تنفيذ التمرين بالتنسيق والتعاون بين عدد من الأقسام الحيوية بالحقل، شملت قسم السلامة والإطفاء، ومنسقية الإنتاج، ومنسقية الصيانة، وقسم الأمن الصناعي، وقسم الشؤون الإدارية، وذلك تحت إشراف مراقب الحقل، بما يعكس حرص الإدارة على تعزيز التكامل بين مختلف الجهات المعنية بإدارة الطوارئ.
وفور تلقي البلاغ الافتراضي، تم تفعيل غرفة العمليات وتشكيل خلية أزمة لإدارة الموقف من الجوانب الفنية واللوجستية، بالتوازي مع توجيه فرق التدخل الميدانية لتنفيذ الإجراءات المعتمدة وفق خطة الطوارئ.
وشملت مراحل التمرين تأمين موقع الحادث وعزل الوحدة ميكانيكياً وكهربائياً، وتدخل فرق الإطفاء للسيطرة على الحريق الافتراضي، إلى جانب جاهزية فرق الإسعاف للتعامل مع أي إصابات أو حالات طارئة محتملة.
وأظهر التمرين مستوى متقدماً من التنسيق والتكامل بين خلية الأزمة والفرق الميدانية، كما عكس كفاءة عالية في سرعة الاستجابة وتنفيذ المهام وفق الأدوار والمسؤوليات المحددة، الأمر الذي يسهم في تعزيز قدرة الحقل على مواجهة مختلف السيناريوهات الطارئة بكفاءة واحترافية.
وفي ختام التمرين، أعرب قسم السلامة والإطفاء عن شكره وتقديره لجميع الأقسام والكوادر المشاركة، مثمناً ما أبدوه من التزام وتعاون وانضباط، ومؤكداً أن السلامة تمثل قيمة مؤسسية راسخة وثقافة عمل مستدامة تهدف إلى حماية الأرواح والحفاظ على الأصول والمنشآت وضمان استمرارية العمليات التشغيلية بأعلى معايير السلامة.
Waha Field Enhances Emergency Readiness with a Fire Simulation Drill at North Waha Station

In an effort to enhance readiness levels and raise response efficiency for emergency situations, the Safety and Firefighting Section at the Waha Field conducted a virtual simulation drill on Sunday, June 7TH, 2026. The exercise simulated handling a fire in the crude oil dehydrator unit at the North Waha Station.

The drill was executed through coordination and cooperation among several vital sections in the field. This included the Safety and Firefighting Section, the Production Coordination Office, the Maintenance Coordination Office, the Industrial Security Section, and the Administrative Affairs Section, all under the supervision of the Field Superintendent. This reflects management's commitment to strengthening integration among various entities involved in emergency management.

Immediately upon receiving the virtual report, the operations room was activated, and a crisis cell was formed to manage the situation from both technical and logistical aspects. Concurrently, field intervention teams were dispatched to execute approved procedures in accordance with the emergency plan.

The phases of the drill included securing the incident site, mechanically and electrically isolating the unit, and deploying firefighting teams to control the virtual fire, alongside the readiness of ambulance teams to handle any potential injuries or emergencies.

The drill demonstrated an advanced level of coordination and integration between the crisis cell and the field teams. It also reflected high efficiency in response speed and task ex*****on according to defined roles and responsibilities, which contributes to enhancing the field's capability to face various emergency scenarios with efficiency and professionalism.

At the conclusion of the drill, the Safety and Firefighting Department expressed its gratitude and appreciation to all participating departments and personnel, praising their commitment, cooperation, and discipline. The department emphasized that safety represents a deeply rooted corporate value and a sustainable work culture aimed at protecting lives, preserving assets and facilities, and ensuring the continuity of operational processes according to the highest safety standards.

شلمبرجير تطلق برنامجاً تدريبياً مجانياً لمهندسي وفنيي شركة الواحة ببنغازي في تصميم مضخات الآبار

شهدت مدينة Benghazi انطلاق برنامج تدريبي مجاني نظمته Schlumberger بالتعاون مع Waha Oil Company، استهدف مهندسي وفنيي شركة الواحة، وذلك ضمن جهود تطوير الكفاءات الفنية ورفع مستوى الأداء في مجال تصميم مضخات الآبار النفطية.
وجاء البرنامج بتنسيق من إدارة العمليات بالشركة، التي عملت على تنفيذ سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة بالتعاون مع عدد من الشركات الخدمية الرائدة في مجال المضخات الغاطسة الكهربائية، من بينها ESP MENA وNOVOALFA، حيث أُقيمت برامج تدريبية أخرى في Tripoli بهدف تعزيز الخبرات العملية والفنية للعاملين في القطاع.
وتابع تنفيذ البرنامج المهندس Mousa Bushneif، رئيس قسم المضخات بحقل الواحة، بالتنسيق مع مكتب الشركة في طرابلس، لضمان تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من هذه الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار اهتمام شركة الواحة بتطوير كوادرها الوطنية ومواكبة أحدث التقنيات المستخدمة في تشغيل وتصميم المضخات الغاطسة بالحقول النفطية.

Schlumberger Launches Free Training Program for

Waha Oil Company Engineers and Technicians in Benghazi on Oil Well Pump Design

The city of Benghazi witnessed the launch of a free training program organized by Schlumberger in cooperation with Waha Oil Company, targeting Waha’s engineers and technicians as part of efforts to develop technical competencies and enhance performance in the field of oil well pump design.

The program was coordinated by the company’s Operations Department, which worked on implementing a series of specialized training programs in cooperation with several leading service companies in the field of electric submersible pumps, including ESP MENA and NOVOALFA. Additional training programs were also held in Tripoli to strengthen the practical and technical expertise of employees in the sector.

The program was supervised by Eng. Mousa Bushneif, Supervisor of the Pumps Department at Waha Field, in coordination with the company’s office in Tripoli, to ensure maximum benefit from these specialized training courses.

This program comes within Waha Oil Company’s commitment to developing its national workforce and keeping pace with the latest technologies used in the operation and design of submersible pumps in oil fields.
