We’ve just published a deep dive on GENAU – our complete system for factory structure, stock control, yield accuracy and quality management in meat and poultry plants.

Two quick stories:
1️⃣ We bought a machine from a European supplier. Every time we need a technician to service it, the quote magically comes to €10,000. Imagine that — paying €100,000+ for a machine, only to find out the cost of ownership is unbearable.
