QMorocco was established in 2021 by a consortium of faculty from leading Moroccan universities, research students, and industry professionals. Our mission is to democratize quantum computing technology by raising awareness among professionals and educational institutions, while cultivating a vibrant community of Moroccan enthusiasts. By bridging the gap between experts, educators, researchers, and students, we are building a unified network for the quantum age.

As an active member of the QWorld network, we contribute to global programs and organize specialized workshops, talks, and seminars. Our ambition is to revitalize the regional quantum ecosystem through the creation of innovative educational resources and the establishment of a network for research excellence. This scientific foundation supports the academic community while accelerating tomorrow’s industrial applications.

Our team is hosting the Qiskit Fall fest at Mohammed 5 University, Morocco in collaboration with IBM Quantum. It's the first event about Quantum computing in Morocco collaborating with IBM Qiskit.

All the talks are going to be streamed by both universities: The American University in Cairo and Mohammed 5 university in Rabat

Our speakers panel for this event :

-Pawel Gora ( Quantum AI Foundation) talk is going to be an Introduction to Quantum machine learning
