🔥📹 ARCA Mobile WatchStation successfully demonstrated in Lovćen National Park!

In cooperation with the National Parks of Montenegro, MECOnet conducted a successful field demonstration of the ARCA Mobile WatchStation under real forest and mountainous conditions.

The portable and autonomous system uses photovoltaic power and battery storage, allowing it to operate independently in remote forest areas.

During the demonstration, the WatchStation confirmed its capacity to support environmental monitoring and early wildfire detection. The system successfully detected potential fires at an early stage, identified their location and provided visual and thermal information to support a timely response.

Following the bilateral agreement with the National Parks of Montenegro, the Mobile WatchStation will be made available for deployment at suitable locations to support the monitoring and protection of national parks.

🌳 ARCA TreeTalker sensors installed in NP "Lovćen"!

In cooperation with the National Parks of Montenegro and Nature 4.0, MECOnet installed a network of TreeTalker Fire and TreeTalker Cyber sensors in NP Lovćen National Park.

Installed on selected trees across the pilot area, the sensors collect valuable information on forest and tree health, including air temperature and humidity, stem water conditions, sap flow, tree growth, vegetation indicators and tree stability.

The system also monitors parameters relevant to wildfire-risk assessment and early fire detection, such as particulate matter, gas concentrations, foliage temperature and indications of flame presence.

The collected data will support the development and testing of ARCA artificial intelligence and machine-learning models for forest monitoring and natural-hazard prevention.

🤝 MECOnet and the National Parks of Montenegro reaffirm their cooperation within the ARCA project!

The renewed Memorandum of Understanding strengthens our joint commitment to using innovative technologies for the protection and continuous monitoring of Montenegro’s protected natural areas.

Through this cooperation, MECOnet will continue supporting the deployment of TreeTalker sensors, drone-based data collection and mobile video-monitoring solutions. The collected environmental data will contribute to the ARCA artificial intelligence platform and Decision Support System for the early detection and prevention of wildfires, droughts and other climate-related natural hazards.

The agreement also ensures continued cooperation and maintenance of the monitoring infrastructure beyond the duration of the project.

✅Danas smo u Naučno-tehnološki park Crne Gore demonstrirali naše medicinske uređaje razvijene u okviru HealthTalk projekta, uz podršku Fond za inovacije Crne Gore.

🥼📟U sjajnoj subotnjoj atmosferi, uz vrlo zainteresovanu i kompententnu publiku, uz demonstraciju naših uređaja, napravili smo presjek stanja ali i dodira između tehnike i medicine. 🩺

🗣️👏🏻Nadahnuta predavanja prof. dr Radovana Stojanovića, doc dr Mihaila Vukmirovica i prof. dr Vesne Miranović, pratila je diskusija na temu tehnike i informacione tehnologije u zdravstvu, načina liječenja savremenih bolesti - pogotovo aritmija, uloga AI u zdravstvu, ali i potrebe i mogućnosti za unaprijeđenje zdravstva u 🇲🇪 kroz savremene tehnologije. 🔬

📊📲Prisutni su iskoristili priliku da testiraju naše uređaje na sopstvenom primjeru, a inspirisani predavači su im približili njihovu logičku, tehničku i medicinsku pozadinu!
