We present something new on the market of Montenegro and the Balkans. These are objects made of Thermo-Block. Revolutionary system which for decades used in Western Europe and Canada. For many years in Montenegro and the Balkans no attention is paid to energy saving and energy resources. The inhabitants of Montenegro and the Balkans were "scattered" irrational use of energy. However, lately are observed some positive steps in changing the minds of people in these countries. Thermo Block buildings are low energy consumption in the countries of the western hemisphere concept which is based largely already present in the construction industry. The increasing energy prices on the world market, primarily caused by a steadily rising oil prices, contributed to the fact that the construction industry and related sectors of society hectic start looking in the direction of the concept of construction of those buildings that conserve energy. This problem and its solution concept in recent years have touched on the Balkans (and in particular our own, Montenegrin) facilities. We are witnessing constant, extreme and multiple increase in energy prices in the community where we live and work, compared to the situation before the 3, 5 or 10 years. Thermo Block low-energy building has an extremely low energy consumption of U = 0.27 W / m2K U = 0.15 W / m2K, and U = 0.10 W / m2K, which is also used for the construction of passive buildings. The construction of Thermo Block low-energy buildings, with negligible additional investments due to short-term profitability, achieve large energy savings. It should be noted that 70% of the total energy consumption in "go" on space heating. At the same time, the construction of these objects are achieved by an extremely significant reduction in emissions (CO2). Da postanemo jedan od vodećih brendova Evrope u izgradnji Thermo Block modernih stambenih, niskoenergetskih-pasivnih objekata uz poštovanje svih evropskih standarda. Ovim putem Vam predstavljamo nešto novo na tržištu Crne Gore i Balkana. U pitanju su objekti izgrađeni od Thermo-Blocka. Revolucionarnog sistema koji se već više decenija koristi u Zapadnoj Evropi i Kanadi. Dugi niz godina u Crnoj Gori i Balkanu nimalo pažnje nije poklanjano uštedi energije i energetskih resursa. Stanovnici Crne Gore i Balkana su se „razbacivali“ neracionalnim trošenjem energije. Ipak, u poslednje vreme se primećuju neki pozitivni pomaci u menjanju svesti ljudi u ovim zemljama. Thermo Block objekti niskoenergetske potrošnje predstavljaju u zemljama zapadne hemisfere koncept na kojem je uveliko već bazirana sadašnjost u građevinarstvu. Sve veće cene energenata na svetskom tržištu, uslovljene pre svega konstantnim porastom cena nafte, doprinele su tome da su se građevinska branša i srodni sektori društva užurbano pokrenuli u smeru traženja koncepta građenja onih objekata koji štede energiju. Ova problematika i koncept njenog rešavanja su poslednjih godina dotakli i balkanske (pa i konkretno naše, crnogorske) prostore. Svedoci smo konstantnih, ekstremnih i višestrukih povećanja cena energenata u sredini u kojoj živimo i radimo, u poređenju sa situacijom od pre 3, 5 ili 10 godina. Thermo Block niskoenergetski objekat ima izuzetno nisku energetsku potrošnju od U=0,27 W/m2K , U=0,15 W/m2K, i U=0,10 W/m2K koji ujedno sluzi i za gradnju Pasivnih objekata. Gradnjom Thermo Block niskoenergetskih objekata se, uz zanemariva dodatna ulaganja a zbog kratkog roka isplativosti, postižu velike uštede energije. Treba napomenuti da 70% od ukupne potrošnje energije „odlazi“ na zagrevanje prostora. Istovremeno, gradnjom ovakvih objekata postižu se i izuzetno značajne redukcije emisija štetnih gasova (CO2). Tako naprimer jedan niskoenergetski objekat emituje godišnje skoro duplo manje štetnih gasova nego objekat izgrađen na bazi osnovnih građevinskih propisa.
