Residential building 1.4 PARK

On contrary of what we are used to see with residential concepts, where everything happens in the lower floors, with this proposal project we tried to make the top of the building a focal point, a visual attraction and a landmark building, where different elements, forms and functions are composed in a way to create a dynamic environment with green roof terraces, adrenaline sky stairs which connect the terraces, duplex apartments and extraordinary penthouses.

SK HOUSE

Designed on a steeply sloping site , the T-shaped modern mountain house is partially clad with wooden vertical panels, accented by natural stone veneer, black aluminium-framed windows and zinc metal roofing.

Comprising different relaxing functions on the basement, such as swimming pool, sauna, small gym and home theater, the house will become a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon in the outskirts of the city.

BREMEN RESIDENCES

A minimalist approach governs the design of this small residential complex set to be built in a beautiful suburb of Bremen, Germany.

Although the building form stakes a substantial footprint, the articulation creates the sense of individual town homes, lending many of the 13 appartments a distinct presence.

For residents, the design offers an intimate setting for private and communal outdoor life, fostering a neighbourly ambience.

Located on a residential area in Gjorce Petrov - Skopje, the house occupies a corner lot which gives different natural qualities in terms of architectural values and spatial characteristics.
The building comprises three residential units across the two storeys to create a complex whole. This interlocking pattern means that each apartment enjoys the view of the sorrounding green belt.
Thanks to the open spatial concept, the apartments are suitable for various uses and lifestyles.
Balancing between tradition and modernity, the house has been designed to interact with the three families that will live in it, as well as reconcile the atmosphere between interior and exterior.

New residential building in Skopje, currently under construction.

The housing project is situated on John Kennedy Street, offering easy access to the building and the community.

The area around the new building will be landscaped and green, illuminated, with paved walkways and benches; a lawn will be made and ornamental plants will be planted.

Villa by the Lake

This minimalist villa is a brand new house that consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room.

The building's color is simply plain white but this can still make it standout in the middle of the large trees.

SMALL MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT AND HOSTEL in the village Gorno Sonje, that will primarily accommodate mountain hikers and cyclists.

The project site is located on a gentle slope that lies against a picturesque landscape on one side, and faces Vodno Mountain on the other side. The restaurant is set at ground level, while the hostel rooms are located on the first floor.

The building will play an important role in the local tourism economy by attracting visitors to the site, catalyzing further development in the area.

House renovation in Kumanovo.
The design of the exterior facade is composed of simple surfaces/shapes with different materials, in order to give a more dynamic feeling.
Large windows are incorporated to bring in more natural light and to get the scenic beauty of the sorrounding landscape.
