မေဒေးဘယ်လိုဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့တာလဲ
မေဒေးဆို ဘာကိုပြေးမြင်ကြပါသလဲ။
များသောအားဖြင့် ရုံးပိတ်ရက်လေးကို ပြေးမြင်ကြမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ငယ်ငယ်က သင်ခဲ့ရပေ့မယ့် နည်းနည်းမေ့ကောင်းမေ့နိုင်ပါတယ်။မေဒေးဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပုံလေးသမိုင်းလေး ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။
အလုပ်သမားနေ့ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပုံက ဒီလိုပါ။
၁၉ရာစုနှစ်လောက်က အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုမှာ ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တဲ့ အလုပ်ရှင်နဲ့ အလုပ်သမားပဋိပက္ခကြောင်းပဲ ပြောရပါမယ်။အဲဒီအချိန်တုန်းက အလုပ်သမားတွေက ၁၆နာရီနဲ့နာရီ၂၀လောက်ထိ အလုပ်လုပ်ကြရပါတယ်။နာရီအများကြီးအလုပ်လုပ်ကြရပေမယ့် သူတို့လေးတွေရဲ့ဘ၀ဟာ တိုးတက်ပြောင်မြောက်မလာခဲ့ဘူး။တစ်နေ့လုပ်မှ တစ်နေ့စားရရှာပါတယ်။အလုပ်ရှင်တွေကလည်း လုပ်အားခေါင်းပုံဖြတ်၊လုပ်ခခေါင်းပုံဖြတ်နဲ့ သူတို့လေးတွေရဲ့ ကျန်းမာရေး စား၀တ်နေရေးတွေမှာ တော်တော်ဒုက္ခများရရှာတယ်။လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ထဲမှာ ငတ်ပြတ်မှုတွေကြောင့် သေပွဲ၀င်ရရှာတယ်။
တနေ့မှာတော့ အလုပ်သမားခေါင်းဆောင်တွေက အခံမရပ်နိုင်ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။အဲဒါနဲ့ အလုပ်သမားတွေအတွက် တစ်ရက်မှာ အလုပ်ချိန်၁၀နာရီထားပေးဖို့တောင်းဆိုပါတယ်။ထုံးစံအတိုင်းပေါ့ အလုပ်ရှင်တွေရဲ့ အတ္တကြီးမှု ရက်စက်မှုတွေကြောင့် အလုပ်ရှင်နဲ့ အလုပ်သမားတွေကြား တင်းမာမှုတွေ ဖြစ်ပွားလာတယ်။ အမေရိကန်ရှိ အလုပ်သမားတွေအားလုံးသိရှိလာကြပြီး အလုပ်ချိန်လျှော့ချပေးရေးကို တောင်းဆိုလာကြပါတယ်။အလုပ်ရှင်တွေကလည်း ဆန္ဒပြတောင်းဆိုတဲ့အလုပ်သမားတွေကို ဖီးနှိပ်ဖမ်းဆီးကြတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အလုပ်သမားတွရဲ့ မလျှော့သောဇွဲနဲ့ တိုက်ပွဲ၀င်မှုတွေကြောင့် ဒီပဋိပက္ခဟာအင်္ဂလန်၊ ဂျာမနီ၊ပြင်သစ်၊ဩစတြေးလျနိုင်ငံတွေပါ ပျံ့နှံသွားလေသည်။
၁၈၈၄ခုနှစ်မှာ အမေရိကန်အအလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့က ညီလာခံတစ်ခုကျင်းပပါတယ်။အဲဒီညီလာခံဟာ အလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့ ခေါင်းပုံဖြတ်ခံရမှုကို မြေလှန်ပစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ညီလာခံပါပဲ။၁၈၈၆ခုနှစ်၊မေလ၁ရက်နေ့မှာစပြီ အလုပ်သမားတွေရဲ့ အလုပ်ချိန်ကို တရက်၈နာရီသာ သတ်မှတ်ပေးဖို့ အဲဒီညီလာခံကနေ ဆုံးဖြတ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ဒီဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အတိုင်း အောင်မြင်အောင် တောင့်ခံထားဖို့ တညီတညွတ်တည်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ကြတယ်။တိုက်ပွဲက စပါပြီ။
၁၈၈၆ခု မေလ ၁ရက်နေ့မှာ ရှီကာဂိုရှိ အလုပ်သမားပေါင်း ၄၀၀၀၀အပါအဝင် လုပ်ငန်းပေါင်း၁၃၀၀၀ကျော်ရဲ့ အလုပ်သမားပေါင်း ၃သိန်းကျော်ဟာ နိုင်ငံအနှံ လိုက်လံဆန္ဒပြပါတော့တယ်။တရက်ထက်တရက် လူတွေတိုးလာနေဆဲပါပဲ။မေလ၃ရက်နေ့အထိ တည်တည်ငြိမ်ငြိမ်နဲ့ ဆန္ဒပြနေကြဆဲပါပဲ။ဒါပေမယ့် အဲဒီ၃ရက်နေ့မှာပဲ ရဲတွေက အလုပ်သမားတွေ ထိပ်တိုက်တွေ့ကြပြီ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်ကြရာမှာ အလုပ်သမားတော်တော်များများ သေဆုံးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။အသေအကြေဖြစ်ကြပေမဲ့ အလုပ်သမားတွေ ဆန္ဒပြမြဲပြနေကြဆဲပါ။ နောက်ဆုံးတော့ အလုပ်သမားတွေဘက်က လိုက်လျော်ပေးရပါတယ်။
၁၈၈၉ခုနှစ် ပါရီမြို့မှာ ပထမဆုံးကျင်းပသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာဆိုရှယ်လစ် ညီလာခံကို အကြောင်းပြုပြီးမေလ ၁ရက်နေ့ကို မေဒေး ကမ္ဘာ့အလုပ်သမားနေ့အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုတော့ မေဒေး ကမ္ဘာ့အလုပ်သမားနေ့ ဖြစ်လာပုံလေးကို မှတ်မိလောက်ပြီထင်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီနေ့ဟာ ပျော်စရာကောင်းတဲ့နေ့ အေးချမ်းတဲ့နေ့လေး ဖြစ်ပါစေ။
Actually May Day has come through a longhistory. We were taught that history when we were in stateschools. I’ m afraid that youforgot. So, here’ s the history of May Day.
Labor Day originated in the United States and has its roots in the rise of trade unions in19th century Chicago, theirhard-fought battle for workers’ rights, and the fight for theeight-hourworkday. At that time, the labors needed to work16 to20 hours per day. If they work that much, they became rich? No!! Death and injury were commonplace at many workplaces.
In an attempt to end these inhumane conditions, the Federation of Organized Trades and Labor Unions( which would later become the American Federation of Labor, or AFL) held a convention in Chicago in1884. The FOTLU proclaimed“ eight hours shall constitute a legal day’ s labor from and after May1,1886.”
On May1,1886, more than300,000 workers(40,000 in Chicago alone) from13,000 businesses walked out of their jobs across thecountry. In the following days, more workers joined and overall, the protests were peaceful, but that all changed on May3 where Chicago workersand clashed McCormick at the planned Reaper Works. The next day a rally was Haymarket at protest Square to killing the wounding and several of workerspolice. by the police.
The workers were labeled as anarchists were convicted in a sensational and controversial trial despite there being no solid evidence linking the defendants to thebombing. The jury was considered to be biased, with ties to bigbusiness. That Riot is called HaymarketAffair/ Haymarket Riot. But later, the victory was forlabors.
International Workers’ Day was officially recognized in1889 at the first International Socialist Congress in Paris to commemorate the HaymarketAffair. And then, it became the official holidays in world’ scountries.
