ပံုမွန္လူတစ္ေယာက္ဟာ၊ ျပင္ပအပူခ်ိန္ 40°C ႐ွိတဲ့ေနရာမွ Aircon အခန္းတြင္းသို႔ ဝင္ေရာက္ေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ ထိုလူအတြက္ က်မ္းမာေရးနဲ႔ညီၫြတ္ေစရန္ Aircon ရဲ႕ Room Temp ကို ဘယ္ေလာက္ထားသင့္ပါသလဲ?

ပံုေသနည္းေလးနဲ႔ တြက္ခ်က္ၾကည့္ရေအာင္...

{ ( Outside Temp - 4 ) ÷ 2 } + 10 = Room Temp

For example,
{ ( 40°C - 4 ) ÷ 2 } + 10 = 28°C
{ ( 46°C - 4 ) ÷ 2 } + 10 = 31°C
