Job Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and project completion reports.
• Prepare maintenance contracts, warranty documents, and technical reports.
• Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist management in project planning and ex*****on.
• Support tender and proposal imum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

Requirements
• BE (Mechanical) / BE (Electrical) or AGTI (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in Cement Plants, Mining, Quarry, Fabrication, Welding, or Industrial Maintenance is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Able to prepare reports and business correspondence in English.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: MMK 800,000 – 1,500,000 (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
