* Can be used Auto CAD (2D, 3D)
* Minimum 4 years of experience in interior decoration, or construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material costs, and tendering processes.
* Strong numerical and analytical abilities for budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
