Manpower မရှိရင် အဲ့အလုပ်ကို စဖို့ကိုမစဉ်းစားနဲ့။ manpower ဆိုတဲ့နေရာမှာ (quantity)အရေအတွက်ရော (skill)ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအရည်အချင်းရောလိုတယ်။ လူအယောက်သုံး/လေးဆယ် site ထဲပို့ထားပြီး သူ့လုပ်ကွက်အလိုက်ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုမရှိရင် သို့မဟုတ် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုတော့ရှိပါရဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်နှစ်ယောက်နဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်နေရရင် ကျတော်တို့လုပ်ငန်းဟာရှေ့ရောက်တော့မှာမဟုတ်သလို အလုပ်လည်းဖြစ်မှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။

ကျတော်တို့ဟာ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကဏ္ဍအလိုက်ကျွမ်းကျင်လုပ်သားနှင့် လိုအပ်တဲ့အရေအတွက်ရပြီဆိုရင်တောင် နောက်ထပ်Mတစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ materials ကို လိုအပ်သလို supply မလုပ်နိုင်ရင် site ထဲကို လူတစ်သိန်းပို့ထားလည်း labour စရိတ်တွေတက်နေတာပဲအဖက်တင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတွေအချိန်မှီပြီးမြောက်မှာမဟုတ်ပါ။ လေဘာကန်ထရိုက်လုပ်တဲ့သူဆိုရင်တော့ မွဲပြီသာမှတ်။

ရှင်းရှင်းလေးပါ။ Manpower ကျွမ်းကျင်လုပ်သားတွေဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးကြောင်း၊Materials တွေ ဘယ်လို supply လုပ်ဖို့လိုကြောင်းဆိုသော်ငြားလည်း ကျတော်တို့လက်ထဲမှာ ငွေ Money 💰 မရှိရင် labour တွေကို အလုပ်တာဝန်ခွဲဝေပေးလို့ရမှာမဟုတ်သလို Materials တွေလည်း ဝယ်လို့ရမှာမဟုတ်ပါ။ ခုခေတ်မှာပိုတောင်ဆိုးပါတယ်။ ဘယ်ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးပစ္စည်းဆိုင်မှ credit မပေးရဲပါ။ အရမ်းရင်းနှီးလို့ ပေးတဲ့ဆိုင်ဆိုရင်တောင် တစ်ပတ်ဆယ်ရက်ထက်ပိုမပေးရဲတော့ပါ။
