Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the construction and fabricating plant, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of construction accounting principles, and expertise in managing project costs, financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for all transactions related to construction and fabrication projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs align with financial plans.
• Analyze job costing, material costs, labor expenses, and overhead to optimize financial efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers to track expenses, prevent cost overruns, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor invoices, and purchase order processing.
• Manage billing and collections to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in MEP drafting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems and building construction principles.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Technical Drawing: Ability to produce clear and accurate drawings with attention todetail.
• Logistics Awareness: Basic understanding of material tracking and ability to maintainstatus updates.

• Inspect construction activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Check and record incoming materials and site work quality.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, QC checklists, and other documentation.
• Monitor NCRs and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate QC activities with project schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company quality management system.

3. Position: Site Engineer
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules.
• Supervise on-site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect construction work for compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Track project progress and address delays or issues promptly.
• Attend site meetings and report updates, challenges, and solutions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

• Plan, monitor, and track projects from initiation to completion.

• Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders regularly.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

5. Position: Decoration Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create site progress reports and maintain precise records of aluminium and decorative work.
• Understand decoration and aluminium product design, customer requirements, quality, and standards.
• Assist the site manager with reviews of shop drawings, architecture design drawings, material lists, technical specifications, and commissioning.
• Analyze material specifications to ensure compliance with contract and design quality requirements.
• Conduct routine site visits, observe workmanship, installation techniques, and report issues.
• Oversee, monitor, and record all stages from planning to final handover of decoration and aluminium work.
• Ensure accuracy of as-built quantities and decorative drawings.
• Perform handover inspections and document defects.
• Assist in closing out aluminium and decoration work paperwork.

Requirements:

မျက်နှာပြင်အား ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် သန့်ရှင်းခြင်း (Surface Preparation & Cleaning) သံမဏိထည်ပစ္စည်းများအား သံမဏိဘောလုံးများ အသုံးပြု၍ သံချေးချွတ်ခြင်း (Shot Blasting – Steel Ball) မပြုလုပ်မီ ထိုပစ္စည်းများပေါ်၌ စွဲကပ်နေသော စက်ဆီ၊ ချောဆီနှင့် အခြားအညစ်အကြေးများအား တင်နာ (Thinner/ Solvent) အသုံးပြု၍ ကြိုတင် ဖယ်ရှား ရှင်းလင်းပေးရပါသည်။ သံမဏိဘောလုံးများ အသုံးပြု၍ သံချေးချွတ်ခြင်း (Shot Blasting – Steel Ball) နည်းပညာသည် သံမဏိထုတ်လုပ်စဉ်က ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော သံအောက်ဆိုဒ်အလွှာ (Mill Scale) အပါအဝင် အခြားသောသံချေးများကို စံနှုန်းပြည့်မီစွာ အပြည့်အဝ ဖယ်ရှားပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့မှသာ သံမဏိမျက်နှာပြင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းစင်ကြယ်သော အခြေအနေသို့ ရောက်ရှိနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆေးတွယ်ကပ်အား မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း (Enhanced Coating Adhesion)
သံမဏိဘောလုံးများ အသုံးပြု၍ သံချေးချွတ်ခြင်းသည် သံမဏိမျက်နှာပြင်ပေါ်တွင် အနည်းငယ် ကြမ်းတမ်းသော မျက်နှာပြင်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ (Surface Profile) ကို ဖန်တီးပေးပါသည်။ ဤဖွဲ့စည်းပုံသည် ဆေးများ သုတ်ခြင်း /မှုတ်ခြင်း (Paint/Coating) အတွက် ခိုင်မာသော တွယ်ကပ်စရာနေရာများ (Anchor Points) ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေပြီး၊ ဆေးသားအား ကွာမကျစေဘဲ ပိုမိုကြာရှည်စွာ ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိစေရန် အထောက်အကူပြုပါသည်။
