HR & Admin Manager
(AM to Manager Position Preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities (HR)
• Manage all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talents.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and labor disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the factory remains compliant.
• Implement the HR management system aligned with the company culture.
• Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Implement and perform quarterly and annual performance appraisal.
• Overall management of daily operation.
Responsibilities (Admin)
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Maintain records of administrative activities, contracts, and correspondence for future reference.
• Oversee data protection and confidentiality measures within the administrative function
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Human Resource Management & Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR operation and functions (Construction Business Related Experience are Preferred).
• Proficient in payroll Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills and problem solving skills.
