Sales Executive
NexEnergy is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing clean energy team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Myanmar and English
• Confident, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups effectively
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and potential business opportunities in a timely manner
• Manage and regularly update the sales pipeline, including lead status, follow-up activities, quotations, and expected closing dates
• Understand customers’ requirements and coordinate with the Engineering and Project Teams to develop appropriate solar solutions
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents
• Explain proposed solar solutions, commercial terms, and project scope clearly to customers
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and proposals to improve conversion and close sales
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth transition from sales confirmation to project implementation
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and sales records
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
• Monitor individual sales performance and KPIs, including lead follow-up, quotation conversion, sales value, and target achievement
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Support business development activities, client meetings, exhibitions, and other sales initiatives as required!
Senior Engineer
NexEnergy is looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Engineer to lead and oversee solar and electrical engineering activities across our projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or EPC sector
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), generators, transformers, and electrical distribution systems
• Strong understanding of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, protection systems, load calculations, and power distribution
• Ability to read, review, and prepare single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, technical specifications, and system designs
• Good understanding of electrical installation standards, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise engineering teams and work effectively under pressure, particularly during technical issues and emergency breakdowns
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee electrical engineering activities for solar installation and related electrical projects
• Review system designs, electrical drawings, load calculations, equipment specifications, and technical requirements before project implementation
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar PV systems, inverters, battery systems, generators, transformers, and associated electrical systems
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and quality-control checks to ensure installation quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Conduct system performance assessments and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and operational performance
• Review testing and commissioning results before project handover
• Support customer technical discussions, site assessments, and after-sales troubleshooting when required
• Develop, monitor, and report engineering and project KPIs, including project completion timelines, installation quality, productivity, safety performance, system efficiency, customer satisfaction, and defect rates!
