✅正確「停止充電」方法：
打開「澳電APP」 按「停止充電」即可。

💡「緊急按鈕」嘅真正用途：
只喺真正緊急情況下才使用，例如發生意外或故障，會即時中斷供電系統。所以，千萬不要當成日常「停止充電掣」呀！

Recently, some electric vehicle (EV) owners have been pressing the “Emergency But-ton” on charging piles to stop charging, which ends up triggering the system alarm🚨! Please don’t do this. 🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♀️

✅The right way to “Stop Charging”:
Open the “CEM APP”  click “Stop Charging” and all set.

💡What the “Emergency Button” is actually for:
It should only be used in real emergencies, such as an accident or a malfunction, to immediately cut off the power supply. Therefore, never use it as a regular “stop but-ton”!

📲New Feature Launched: “Emergency Button Activation Notification” had landed in the “CEM APP”!
If someone presses the “Emergency Button” on the charging pile while your EV is charging, you will receive an instant live activity alert and push notification. This keeps on top of the situation and avoids accidental presses.

✅A forma correcta de “Interromper o Carregamento”:
Abra a “CEM APP”  clique em “Interromper Carregamento” e está feito.

💡Para que serve o “Botão de Emergência”:
Deve ser utilizado apenas em emergências reais, como um acidente ou uma falha, para cortar imediatamente o fornecimento de energia. Por isso, nunca o utilize como um “botão de parar” comum!

📲Nova funcionalidade lançada: a “Notificação de Activação do Botão de Emergên-cia” chegou à “CEM APP”!

Se alguém premir o “Botão de Emergência” na estação de carregamento enquanto o seu VE estiver a carregar, receberá um alerta instantâneo de actividade e uma notifi-cação. Isto permite-lhe acompanhar a situação e evitar accionamentos acidentais.

民防志願者參觀澳電，提升颱風供電應急知識🌩️🌨️

隨著颱風季節臨近，為進一步提升社區整體防災能力，澳電特別為「民防志願者」提供培訓活動，協助他們更好地應對可能出現的強颱風吹襲及極端天氣。

澳電於今午接待志願者參觀路環發電廠，讓他們實地了解本地主要發電設施的運作情況，並深入認識在颱風及風暴潮期間的供電保障措施及應急機制。期望志願者能將相關防災與用電安全資訊帶入社區，提升市民整體防風防災意識，共同做好風季準備。

因應近年極端天氣及風暴潮頻繁出現，澳電持續優化供電系統及應對措施，尤其針對低窪地區的供電安排已有顯著改善。今年，澳電股東再次出資3,000萬澳門元推出「舊廈公共電力裝置安全升級資助計劃」，全力協助低窪地區的大廈進行更新升級，以減低公共電力裝置受水浸的風險。

Civil Defense Volunteers visit CEM to boost knowledge on typhoon power supply emergencies 🌩️🌨️

As the typhoon season approaches, in order to further enhance the community’s overall disaster prevention capability, CEM specially provided training activities for “Civil Defense Volunteers” to help them better respond to potential severe typhoon hits and extreme weather.

This afternoon, CEM received the volunteers to visit the Coloane Power Station, allowing them to understand the operational conditions of local major power generation facilities on-site, and to deeply understand the power supply safeguard measures and emergency mechanisms during typhoons and storm surges. It is hoped that volunteers can bring relevant disaster prevention and electrical safety information into the community, enhance citizens’ overall awareness of typhoon and disaster prevention, and jointly make good preparations for the typhoon season.

In response to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and storm surges in recent years, CEM has continuously optimized its power supply system and response measures, with significant improvements made especially for power supply arrangements in low-lying areas. This year, CEM shareholders have once again contributed MOP30 million to launch the “Safety Upgrade Subsidy Program for Communal Electrical Installations in Aging Buildings”, fully assisting buildings in low-lying areas to carry out upgrades, so as to reduce the risk of communal electrical installations being affected by flooding.
