We're looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team! If you have a passion for architecture and design, and want to build your skills while gaining exposure to a variety of projects, this is for you!

Responsibilities:
✔ Preparing architectural, structural & interior designs, and submitting PA & BCA applications
✔ Conducting site visits & taking property surveys
✔ Liaising with contractors & engineers
✔ Quantity surveying & preparing BOQs
✔ Ensuring compliance with building regulations
Requirements:
✔ Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling is a bonus
✔ Strong organization & communication skills
✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines, in a team setting
