VACANCY: Survey Interviewer (Fieldwork – Maltese Speaking) for immediate 3-month period employment.
We are seeking to recruit Survey Interviewers to join our research team. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting structured interviews with participants across Malta in order to gather accurate and reliable survey data. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be available during mornings and office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys in-person in line with survey guidelines.
• Accurately record responses and ensure data integrity.
• Approach participants in a professional and respectful manner.
• Travel across Malta to meet respondents as required.
• Report progress and provide feedback to the project coordinator.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Previous experience in interviewing, research, or customer-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
