🩸 Giving blood is a simple act that can make a life-changing difference.

Recently, our employees took part in a Blood Donation Drive organized in collaboration with Blood Donation Malta - NBTS. Through this initiative, colleagues stepped forward to support an important cause and contribute to the wellbeing of our wider community.

Every donation represents generosity, compassion, and the willingness to help someone in need. We are proud of the employees who participated and demonstrated that even small actions can have a meaningful impact. This initiative is one of the ways we continue to support our community, and we look forward to taking part in future blood donation drives together with Blood Donation Malta - NBTS.

Last week, our employees stepped away from their daily routines and spent the morning volunteering at the Soup Kitchen OFM - Valletta.

Working side by side with fellow volunteers, our team helped prepare food, serve meals, and support kitchen operations, contributing to an organisation that provides daily assistance to vulnerable members of our community. Since opening in 2021, the Soup Kitchen has become an important source of support for people facing difficult circumstances, offering not only meals but also a welcoming environment built on dignity, compassion, and respect.

For our employees, the experience was a valuable reminder that giving back doesn't always require grand gestures. Sometimes, it simply means showing up, lending a hand, and being present for others.

A sincere thank you to everyone who volunteered and represented Methode with kindness, teamwork, and a shared commitment to supporting our community.

At the Chamber of Engineers (COE) 33rd Annual Engineering Conference, Inġ. Thelma Bonello, Manager Global Engineering Systems at Methode Malta joined the “Data Engineering as an Operational Advantage” panel discussion, sharing insights on how connected engineering systems and structured data are transforming operations.

During the discussion, Thelma highlighted how integrated platforms connecting engineering data, BOM structures, sourcing, compliance, and project management are helping organisations make faster, more proactive decisions.

She also spoke about the importance of governance, automation, and creating a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) across teams and systems.
