Currently in progress - Smart Mall Birkirkara 🏗️

MTS Consulting is proud to be providing MEP consultancy services for the Smart Mall development in Birkirkara, a project set to enhance the local retail experience and improve accessibility in the area.

The development will feature a modern shopping mall with a variety of retail outlets and eateries, a newly designed Smart Supermarket, and five levels of underground parking to improve convenience while helping ease traffic along Naxxar Road.

With construction taking place over four phases, the supermarket will remain operational throughout the project, ensuring uninterrupted service to the community.

Currently in progress - the new National Blood Bank in San Ġwann 🏥

MTS Consulting is proud to have been appointed consultants for this important healthcare project, which will replace the existing Blood Transfusion Centre in Gwardamanġa.

With an investment of €30 million, the new facility will enhance Malta’s healthcare infrastructure by expanding blood transfusion services, supporting advanced cell therapy treatments for cancer patients, and providing dedicated facilities for the storage and preparation of organs for transplantation.

We are honoured to contribute to a project that will play a vital role in the future of healthcare in Malta.

Looking back at one of our past projects - Campus Hub, a landmark development designed to enhance the student living experience in Malta. 🎓

MTS Consulting was appointed as MEP consultants for this large-scale project at Tal-Qroqq, comprising 690 student accommodation units, commercial spaces, student community amenities, a language school, lecture facilities, office space, and an underground car park with 456 parking spaces.

We are proud to have contributed to a development that has become an integral part of Malta’s educational and student community landscape.

Looking back at another successful project - the refurbishment and extension of the Qawra Palace Hotel.

MTS Consulting provided full MEP consultancy services for the project, including HVAC, Firefighting, Power, Lighting, and ELV systems, supporting the transformation of the hotel into a modern world-class destination.

Following a €40 million investment and its first full renovation since opening in 1985, Qawra Palace Hotel reopened in June 2023 with a renewed identity as a leader in Malta’s hospitality industry, increasing its capacity from 394 to 571 guestrooms.

Currently in progress - the Hard Rock Hotel and Ora Residences project in Malta, a landmark mixed-use development set to redefine hospitality, residential living, retail, and entertainment on the island.

MTS Consulting is proud to be contributing to this large-scale project, which includes the 5-star Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Ora Residences, and the St. George’s Mall.

The development will feature luxury accommodation, premium residences, over 20,000 sqm of retail and entertainment space, 12 restaurants and bars, extensive public spaces, and a globally branded beach lido, creating a vibrant destination at the heart of St. George’s Bay.
