We are extremely proud that the urban project of Paola is being seen as a successful flagship example towards reducing traffic in our urban centers.
Giving pedestrians priority was somehow considered counter-intuitive a few years ago.
Hopefully many more citizens will benefit from these concepts, sooner rather than later.

Forty-two out of 68 councils in Malta and Gozo have signed up for a project that will reduce traffic in village cores. Called Slow Streets, the project is a collaboration between the transport and local government ministries, Transport Malta and the local councils’ association. Minister Ian Borg.....

For the foreseeable future we will not be receiving clients at our offices.
We will be doing our best to work remotely in the interim period. Please bear with us, we will do our best to keep up the expected level of service in the current scenario.

Great evening last night!
The Planning Authority recognized our practice’s most ambitions recent projects as exemplary in their respective categories.
Our work on the Paola Regeneration Project which included redesigned traffic, a pjazza and new connections, was commended as a Public Open Space,
As was HOLM Boutique & SPA St Julians in the category of Hospitality Tourism Accommodation and Leisure with its terraced design that integrates into the landscape around it.
Well done to our team, and thank you to everyone who was part of these long processes, especially those who trusted us to carry them out.

A project by our office has been featured on the Planning Authority website. BDC is responsible for the redesign of this garden.

"The garden which is in a dilapidated state will undergo major embellishment works. The works will include better accessibility and passageways, more landscaping, new outdoors furniture and fences. An observation tower, with a contemporary design will be installed to allow visitors to appreciate and admire the surrounding views . A system of intelligent lighting will also be installed. "

An embellishment project at Ġnien Duminku Mintoff in Paola will get underway after the Planning Commission at the Planning Authority granted development planning permission.
