Hili Ventures delivered another year of steady growth in 2025, reporting profit before tax of €69.6 million and €1.17 billion in revenue.

The year saw several key milestones including the opening of Premier Capital’s 200th McDonald’s restaurant and iSpot becoming the largest Apple Premium Reseller in a single European market.

With total assets surpassing €1.2 billion and a continued focus on disciplined growth, Hili Ventures plans to expand further across its operating businesses while sharpening its focus as a capital allocation platform.

At the JA Malta Foundation Entrepreneurship Finals, we had the pleasure of presenting the Hili Ventures Marketplace Award to Xuga, a student-led team from Verdala International School.

Xuga gave discarded beach towels a second life through clothing and accessories — an idea that caught attention for all the right reasons.

With new restaurant and store openings, we’re proud to have 203 McDonald’s restaurants and 51 iSpot stores, alongside some memorable anniversaries across our group. None of it would be possible without the dedication and drive of more than 13,000 people powering our businesses every day.

In a fast‑moving business environment, vision is a daily practice in setting direction, making trade‑offs, and building cultures that can adapt.

At our conference, we brought 150 of our leaders together across Hili Ventures to connect performance with purpose, strategy with ex*****on, and ambition with accountability.

We focused on staying ahead with a team of more than 13,000 people across our businesses and celebrated standout milestones, such as reaching 200 McDonald’s restaurants and opening the 50th iSpot store in Poland.
