The candidate must be able to use manual and power tools. Flame welding knowledge skills shall be considered an advantage.
The candidate must be able to work on ladders at times, work inside low temperature zones, work in outdoor ambient conditions and must be able to carry heavy objects.
A valid driving license and a clean police conduct are necessary.
Written and spoken English language skills are necessary.
A college degree would be considered as an advantage.

Saywell and Schembri Ltd. is currently looking to employ a dependable and skilled technician, who will be working in a competitive business specializing in providing professional refrigeration & air conditioning solutions and services.

Such candidate must be a team-player, but must also possess the ability of working well alone without supervision, whilst never compromising safety and quality.

Job position is on a full-time basis, with hours from 08.00 - 16.30, Monday to Friday. Gross pay offered is the starting offer, with future opportunity for increments. Overtime is not included in the gross pay.

Company vehicles and relevant tools will be provided by the company for use strictly during work hours.

Qualifications / Experience
Candidate must posses:

- MEPA Category 1 Refrigeration Licence
- Present a clean police conduct
- Valid Driving License and own means of transportation
- Minimum 5 years experience, preference given to individuals with experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including chilled water units etc.
- Preference also given to holders of Level 3 technical certification or higher.
