At our tuition, learning goes beyond the classroom 🎓✨

Our courses are designed not only to prepare students for examinations, but also to immerse them in real-world industry experiences 🔧🏗️

Through organised site visits, students gain valuable insight into the building services sector, helping them better understand the opportunities and expectations within the industry 👷‍♂️📈

Last week, our current group of Wireman students had the privilege of visiting the showroom and workshops of ESS, a leading name in Malta’s electrical sector ⚡

Serving residential, commercial, and institutional clients, ESS provided our students with firsthand exposure to industry standards, technologies, and professional practices.

They discovered top-quality electrical brands, examined state-of-the-art switchgear, observed professional panel assembly in action, and engaged directly with industry experts—asking technical questions and discussing real-world applications 🛠️💡

A huge thanks to Duncan Agius and the entire ESS team for their warm welcome and for opening their doors to the next generation of electricians 🤝

🏗️ Learning Beyond the Classroom ⚡

This week, our students had the opportunity to attend an insightful site visit at a boutique hotel in Valletta currently undergoing renovation.

During the visit, students explored the electrical installation at both first and second fix stages, while also observing plumbing, ventilation, and air-conditioning works in a live working environment. This hands-on exposure allowed them to ask questions, broaden their perspective, and gain a deeper understanding of what the building services industry truly involves.

The visit was carried out professionally, with all health & safety measures in place, and was kindly hosted by Electrofix Group, one of Malta’s leading Building Services Contractors.

This is where they’ll finally put theory into action — designing, erecting, testing, and commissioning a 40A single-phase electrical installation. It doesn’t get more hands-on than this!

And there’s more — students will also be sitting for a mock exam to prepare for their official assessment at the end of January.

Industry Exposure for our Wireman Licence Students

This week, our current cohort of Wireman License students had the privilege of visiting the premises of ESS - Electrical Supplies & Services, and what an incredible experience it turned out to be! 🔌⚡

The group explored their showroom and workshop, gaining valuable hands-on insight into the electrical industry. They got to discover top-quality electrical brands, examine state-of-the-art switchgear, observe professional panel assembly in action, and engage directly with industry experts - asking technical questions and discussing real-world applications.

A huge thanks to Duncan Agius and the entire ESS team for their warm welcome and for opening their doors to the next generation of electricians. Your support plays a key role in bridging the gap between classroom learning and real industry practice.

➡️ Wednesdays 5:00–7:00pm
➡️ Saturdays 10:00–12:30pm
📍 Online lessons (all recordings provided) + in-class practical sessions
⏳ Duration: 5 months
✍ Students are also given a Mock Exam as additional preparation!
