We are looking for a reliable, organised and dedicated Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day running of our administrative office functions.
The ideal candidate is required to have experience in office management, document control, records management, and customer service. Daily tasks would include coordinating daily administrative operations, managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and supporting executive teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:
-Motivated and willing to learn.
-Office administration and coordination
-Records and document management
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Report writing and data entry
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Confidentiality and professionalism
-Ability to work independently in a dynamic small-company environment.
