Employee Spotlight: Ivana Aleksic | Senior Sales Executive, Racking & Shelving 🚀

Since 2024, Ivana has been bringing unmatched energy, a 10-year sales track record, and a literal song to the SSL office. Today, she stands proud as the only woman in Malta operating in this specialized industrial sales sector.

For Ivana, the challenge of working in a male-dominated field is the perfect fuel for continuous professional growth. She thrives in an environment that values diverse perspectives, high ethical standards, and a positive culture—proving every day that different viewpoints build stronger, more successful teams.

When the workday ends, her drive doesn't stop; she switches gears to fitness training and crafting a mean cocktail as a side-mixologist. 🍹🏋️‍♀️

We are incredibly proud to support Ivana's journey and witness her growth. Please join us in celebrating her incredible impact and recent promotion at SSL! 👏
