*Human Resources Clerk*

Camray is a well-established and highly regarded company operating within the turnkey and restoration sector in Malta. The company has built a strong reputation through its unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail at the highest standards.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to strengthen our office team by recruiting an additional team member to be responsible for all Human Resources necessities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, demonstrate a willingness to further develop their skills, and be capable of working independently with a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets and attendance records.

2. Approval and monitoring of leave and sick leave, including follow-ups as required

3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personal information.

4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.

5. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation sessions.

6. Preparing and assisting third-country nationals with Single Permit applications

7. Planning, scheduling, and organising team-building events throughout the year

8. Coordinating and scheduling training courses for employees as required

9. Helping and also managing all other sister companies with HR requirements of the mother Company, Camray.

Location and working hours:

This position is based at Paola Industrial Estate. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Proficient use of computers and softwares
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
