What IF?
Sliema is today one of the busiest towns in Malta, and Mrabat Street in particular has become a thoroughfare dominated by vehicular traffic.

What if I told you there’s a way to redirect traffic such that Mrabat Street becomes a quieter one-way road. What if we prioritised the movement of people, the quality of life of residents and created an urban fabric we could be proud of?

We close 2025 with this recently completed project which brings together a raw industrial-inspired interior design and carefully coordinated building services to create a clean and efficient workplace.

From an empty shell, our team responded with clean desk layouts and bespoke dividers, enhancing the exposed concrete ceiling with a coordinated installation of Lighting, HVAC and Ventilation services, to deliver a design balancing aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
