Zahra Group Malta is seeking an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate and lead site workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to standards
• Enforce safety regulations and site cleanliness
• Report progress and issues to management
• Monitor material usage and deliveries
• Interpret drawings and technical details
Requirements:
• Previous experience in supervising construction sites
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and problem–solve
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Maltese driving licence preferred
