Requirements:
- Clean certificate of character (compulsory)
- Minimum Form 5 (mathematics compulsory)
- Computer literate
- be able to work as part of a team

Main Task and Duties:
-Issue invoices
-Data entry and scanning
-Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
-Perform other office duties as assigned

🎥 Damien Ng

Ingrédients :
• 100 g de farine multi-usage LKS
• 100 g de caster sugar (sucre en poudre)
• 4 œufs
• Essence de vanille LKS
• 160 g de chocolat noir
• 320 ml de crème à fouetter (whipping cream)

Étapes :
1️⃣ Dans un bol, fouetter les œufs entiers avec le caster sugar jusqu’à obtenir un mélange clair et mousseux.
2️⃣ Ajouter quelques gouttes d’essence de vanille LKS et bien mélanger.
3️⃣ Incorporer délicatement la farine LKS tamisée à l’aide d’une spatule.
4️⃣ Verser la pâte sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et étaler uniformément.
5️⃣ Enfourner à 170°C pendant 12 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le biscuit soit légèrement doré.
6️⃣ À la sortie du four, rouler immédiatement le biscuit encore chaud dans du papier cuisson et laisser refroidir.
7️⃣ Faire fondre le chocolat noir au bain-marie puis le mélanger avec la crème à fouetter pour obtenir une ganache lisse.
8️⃣ Dérouler le biscuit, garnir généreusement de ganache, puis rouler à nouveau.
9️⃣ Recouvrir la bûche du reste de ganache et décorer selon vos envies ✨🎄
