DSTV services may resume in the country following ongoing agreements by parties involved in the DSTV tarrif dispute.

Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) Director Daud Suleman said in a statement that he has signed on 5th September,2023 that there have been latest developments on the matter involving Multichoice Malawi(MCM) DSTV tarrif dispute.

"On 4th September, 2023, the parties met in Lilongwe and reached an agreement and understanding which will see the resolution of the matter and resumption of DSTV services in Malawi by Friday, 8th September 2023". Reads part of the statement.
