📢 WE'RE HIRING: Shop Assistant / Customer Service Officer.

GreenTech Solutions – Blantyre

GreenTech Solutions is a growing electronics repair company specialising in component-level repair of inverters, VFDs, solar systems, vehicle ECUs and other electronic modules. We're opening our new shop and looking for a friendly, organised person to be the face of our business.

🔧 What you'll do
- Welcome customers and clearly explain our services
- Receive inverters, ECUs, VFDs and other units for repair, and record the reported faults accurately
- Open and manage job cards, both on paper and on our electronic system
- Keep customers updated on repair progress by phone, WhatsApp and SMS
- Issue quotations and invoices, collect payments and keep accurate records
- Handle phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries
- Track parts and stock, and manage petty cash
- Keep the shop and display area clean and presentable
- Support the technical team with other duties as needed

✅ What we're looking for
- MSCE (a diploma in business, sales or a related field is an advantage)
- Good spoken and written English and Chichewa
- Computer literate (email, spreadsheets, basic data entry)
- Excellent people skills: friendly, patient and professional
- Presentable, hardworking and reliable
- Honest and trustworthy when handling cash and customer property
- A self-starter who can work with little supervision
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Interest in electronics, solar or motor vehicles is a big plus

🕗 Working hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
