🔸 What is a Cleanroom ?
▪️Cleanroom is an environment in which several parameters are controlled such as pollution ,dust,contemination and humidity. Cleanrooms are typically used for manufacturing and scientific research operations that require processes or materials that are incredibly sensitive
Types of Cleanrooms
▪️Clean room is divided to 3 types according to air flow characteristics.
1.Conventional Clean Room
👉 Air flow is the same as conventional air conditioning system but uses HEPA filter.
2.Horizontal Laminar Clean Room
👉 A constant speed of air flows through the HEPA filter, which is fully installed at one side of the wall pass into the clean room and then suck back up to the ceiling and return to the blower.
3.Vertical Laminar Flow
👉 This room will install a HEPA filter ,which is fully installed at the ceiling. This will send air from the ceiling through the HEPA filter in a vertical. And the wind will return through the clear space,then return to the blower.
