We are a boutique Design / Build company specializing in Custom Residential Construction, Custom Playscapes, Landscapes, and other specialized projects. We are looking for a Carpenter Laborer/Framer with general construction experience and the ability to follow directions and perform clean, detailed work.

The successful applicant will have experience in the following:

- 3+ years experience in construction

- 2+ years experience with equipment, both small tools and larger machinery

- Ability to read plans

- Ability to communicate using digital devices (phones, portables, desktops)

- Stick framing, timber framing, post and beam, custom wood work, siding, windows, trim work, and more

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Valid Driver's license with no major infractions

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Personal hand tools. (All other tools provided by the company)

- References and examples of past work on par with the work we perform

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE

Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance company with small list of select landscape maintenance clients.

YOU:
Passionate about landscape maintenance perfection 3+ Years experience in full time maintenance - Weekly lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing - Fertilizing (Conventional and Organic, helpful) - Minor sprinkler repair - Small shrub/ small tree pruning a plus - Spring/Fall Cleanup - Professional and articulate when communicating with clients

You MUST:
- Have valid, insurable driver's license with no major driving record infractions
- Be clean and courteous
- Be able to arrive on time EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
- Be a team player with the ability to work together to complete tasks
- We prefer 21 and older but may make an exception for the right candidate
