Size doesn’t define how critical a pump can be to a process.

Ruhrpumpen RDP API 674 reciprocating pumps were selected for a fertilizer production facility in the United States, handling methanol, process water and CO₂ condensate services.

With capacities ranging from 2.9 to 6.3 m³/h and discharge pressures up to 42 bar(g), these pumps are designed for relatively low-flow, high-pressure duties where dependable operation is essential to the process.

Ruhrpumpen supplied API 610 SCE (OH2) pumps for Lean DEA service, supporting multiple projects for a major energy operator in Brazil.

Reliable circulation of Lean DEA plays an important role in gas treating processes, helping maintain the continuous removal of acid gases such as H₂S and CO₂.

Although the service is the same, the hydraulic requirements vary significantly across these projects, with capacities ranging from 19 to 455 m³/h and heads from 80 to nearly 140 m. Different SCE sizes were selected to meet the specific operating conditions of each application.

By adapting the pump selection to each duty, Ruhrpumpen provides the right solution for the specific needs of each process.

Ruhrpumpen delivered two API 610 J-Line pumps for hydrocarbon condensate service at a major oil refining operation in Egypt. The refinery, with a processing capacity of approximately 91,000 barrels of crude oil per day, plays an important role in supplying petroleum products to the Upper Egypt region.

Engineered for 325 m³/h at 219 m of head, these pumps support the reliable transfer of hydrocarbon condensate within the refining process, where maintaining stable flow and pressure is essential for continuous operation.

In this type of service, pump reliability goes beyond moving fluid from one point to another. Consistent hydraulic performance, mechanical integrity, and compliance with API 610 requirements help minimize operational interruptions and support dependable refinery operations.

Ruhrpumpen Brasil recently supplied 18 CRPx industrial pumps within just a few weeks of receiving the purchase order.

Manufactured at our Witten facility, this ZLM IP 530/07 BB1 pump has been designed for a major Oil & Gas application in the Middle East, supporting the reliable transfer of light crude oil within a critical high-pressure process.
