The customer already has the rims ready, but the original wheel hub cannot fit the desired wheel setup.

Instead of replacing the whole hub, this wheel hub was converted to through precision machining.

This pump housing came to us with a worn seating area that could no longer fit properly.

The goal wasn't to make a new housing.

The goal was to find a practical way to get it working again.

After checking the condition, we machined a custom steel insert to restore the worn area.

The result:

Not every repair job starts with a technical drawing.

This engine mount looked beyond repair.

The rubber had already broken apart, causing excessive vibration and affecting performance.

Instead of replacing the complete unit, we fabricated a custom nylon bush to suit the application.
