Job Title: Secretary to the Chairman

If you’re an adventurous soul who’s always ready for challenges, you’re the right candidate! Working with the Chariman will be adventurous and providing plenty of precious opportunities to learn and work with the expertise and big players in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Chairman's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments (If necessary).
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents for communication with government entities and other related agencies / organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Chairman and internal teams, external partners and clients. (If necessary)
• Compile data, and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman. (When required)
• Anticipate the needs of the Chairman and proactively address them to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Liaise with potential suppliers to source festival gifts and cards for clients (When required).
• Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization to support the Chairman's office.

Requirement:
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with 1-2 years’ experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (In Bahasa)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to details.
• Strong organizational awareness, understanding the Chairman's business and personal needs to fulfil requirements effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations as per the Chairman's needs.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with scheduling tools and other relevant software.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Company Secretary in managing and ensuring the filing requirements including appointment Board of Directors and resignations to Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
· To manage the company secretarial compliance work which include preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, maintenance of statutory records and lodgment of requisites statutory returns to the relevant authorities in timely manner.
· Provide secretarial support for corporate exercise, including ensuring accuracy of the information provided and in compliance with the relevant stator requirements.
· Liaise with clients, government agencies and other services providers (e.g. auditors and SSM counters)
· Prepare and lodge documents
· Support the incorporation/establishment of companies and other entities
· Assist in ensuring proper submission and maintenance of statutory return of the clients' companies as requires by the Companies Act 2016.
· Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to SSM or courier of documents.
· Perform ad hoc secretarial duties as required

We are pleased to announce that we are officially relocated to a new office at No. 56-2 Jalan Puteri 1/2, Bandar Puteri Puchong!

Two years ago, we moved into a building not distant from our current office. The initial impressions of the old office from 2020 are still fresh in our minds. Having our first office, the happiness is undescribed-able! We were contented with our workplace. However, when the space became constrained, we began to search for an office that offered more square meters, more professional and would be more comfortable for our staff.

Now here we are, with a better view and design, we began a new chapter in our history. Looking forward to making it a happy one!
