🔹 BMW E90 3-Series
🔹 Customer issue: Vehicle electrical failure after the battery went completely dead.
🔹 Symptoms: Headlights not working, power windows dead, and AC panel not functioning.

🔍 Background: Customer initially sent the car to another workshop, but the issue could not be solved. The vehicle was eventually towed to us for proper diagnosis.

🔍 Our diagnosis: The dead battery caused FRM and CAS module failure, along with ELV (steering lock) malfunction, leading to multiple body system failures.

💡 Solution:
✔ Replaced FRM module
✔ Replaced CAS module
✔ Installed ELV emulator to bypass faulty steering lock system

All modules were properly synchronized — electrical systems restored and the vehicle started and operated normally.
