A modern tropical home designed with clean lines, balanced proportions, and functional living in mind. The façade combines black steel framing, warm timber louvers, large glass openings, and white textured walls to create a timeless yet welcoming appearance.

The vertical timber screens on the upper floor are not only aesthetic elements, but also act as passive shading devices that help reduce heat and improve privacy while still allowing natural light and ventilation into the interior spaces.

The extended canopy creates a strong architectural statement while functioning as weather protection for the car porch and entrance area. Large openings and an open-plan layout enhance natural lighting, airflow, and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

With a simple material palette and contemporary tropical approach, the design focuses on comfort, practicality, and a calm living environment suitable for modern urban lifestyles.
