Vacancy: Procurement Executive
Location: Cyberjaya
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1) Source and evaluate suppliers.
2) Obtain and compare quotations.
3) Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documents.
4) Monitor deliveries and ensure timely supply of materials and services.
5) Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
6) Liaise with internal departments and suppliers on procurement matters.

Key Requirements:
1) Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
2) Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing.
3) Good negotiation and communication skills.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Vacancy: Senior Hull & Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct detailed structural and hull design analysis using advanced engineering software and techniques
2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimised engineering solutions
3) Review and approve design drawings, specifications and calculations to ensure they meet all relevant standards and regulations
4) Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
5) Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative engineering practices
6) Liaise with clients, suppliers and regulatory authorities to address queries and ensure project compliance

Key Requirements:
1) Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
2) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in hull and structural engineering, ideally within the oil & gas industry or marine industries specifically in hull & marine structure design and analysis
3) Proven expertise in structural analysis, design and project management
4) Proficient in the use of advanced engineering software such as SESAM, FEMAP and other relevant structural analysis software
5) Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
6) Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
7) Thorough understanding of relevant engineering codes, standards and regulations

Vacancy: Instrument Drafter
Location: Cyberjaya
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare detailed technical drawings and schematics for instrumentation and control systems.
2) Work closely with designer and engineers to translate concepts and specifications into design drawings.
3) Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements in all design work.
4) Review and update drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.
5) Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of design documentation.
6) Assist with site surveys and verify installation requirements.

Key Requirements:
1) Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrument Drafter or similar role.
2) Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
3) Proficiency in AutoCAD, P&ID design, and related drafting software
4) Familiarity with instrumentation symbols, schematics, and process diagrams.
5) Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
