Subject: ✅ Service Restored – TM Edge Facility Cable Cut Incident

Dear Valued Clients,

We are pleased to inform you that the service disruption which began earlier yesterday (22 July 2025 at 4:00 AM) has now been fully resolved and all affected servers are back online on 23rd July 2025 1am.

The root cause of the disruption was identified as a cable cut incident at the TM Edge Facility, which impacted connectivity for multiple customers nationwide. Telekom Malaysia (TM) has confirmed that their technical teams have completed the necessary repairs and restored all services.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during the downtime. Mitra IT Solutions remains committed to maintaining transparency and reliability in our services.

Subject: 🛠️ Unplanned Service Downtime – TM Edge Facility Issue

Dear Valued Clients,

We regret to inform you that an unexpected service disruption has occurred starting at 4:00 AM today (22 July 2025) due to an external issue at TM Edge Facilities.

This incident is currently affecting multiple clients and is beyond our direct control. However, we are actively working with Telekom Malaysia (TM) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As of now, there is no official Estimated Recovery Time (ERT) provided by TM, but we assure you that we are treating this matter with utmost urgency and monitoring the situation closely. TM’s technical teams are on-site working on a resolution.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available.
