The Royal Perak Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course in Ipoh, Perak Malaysia. During the construction of its new clubhouse back in the 90's, Bomanite Malaysia was chosen to pave the exterior walkway and Clubhouse lounge with Bomanite's seamless Slate texture with custom-made random prints of the lotus leaf of various sizes. The Slate texture panels were accented with bands and borders of exposed aggregate in a blend of black speckled with white pebbles.

A crisp and hip BBQ entertainment area by the poolside at The Light Linear, another iconic project by IJM Penang. The chairs, table and BBQ pit are our off-form garden furniture pre-casted with precision formwork and reinforced concrete. The table top, floor and BBQ pit are all covered with exposed aggregate of black and gray pebble chippings. A modern minimalistic venue for the residents and their visitors to enjoy.

ARMENIAN PARK for Penang City Council in collaboration with Aga Khan Trust for Culture via Think City. A great effort of refurbishment of an old, worn and tired park into a modern setting .. and yet adding a "welcoming country-like garden" of matured trees to the heart of Penang's famous and well-visited heritage trail.

The reinforced concrete road kerbs were installed with precision formwork and hand finished in a light broom finish in concrete gray colour.

The side walk was casted in place with wire-mesh reinforced concrete with a Sandscape finish. The lines were carefully saw cut to achieve a simple and elegant rectangular shaped sandstone-like tile in medium gray colour .. non-slip surface and comfortable to walk on for pedestrians young and old.
