COEX by transforms an old scrap metal yard in Penang into a community-driven hub for creatives — sitting at the doorstep of George Town's UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Part architecture practice, part event space, part urban canvas. Recycled timber, zinc sheets, and a communal library create a space that shifts from working environment by day to vibrant event space by night.

A project that kick start 8 years ago is finally taking shape. Jesselton Courtyard is our interpretation of design idea of modern living that fit perfectly in the pristine location next to Penang Turf Club.

Sales gallery is completed now and available for visitor and the project is expected to complete on year 2028.
